Your journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where you can share what has brought you to this work, ask any questions you have, and explore which service or program would serve you best. Kathleen will listen carefully and offer honest guidance — there is no pressure to proceed.

Once you decide to proceed, you will receive a thoughtful intake form tailored to your chosen service. For the Life Blueprint, this includes your birth details (date, exact time, and birthplace). For Bioenergetic Wellness, a brief health history. For Karmic Release, a reflective questionnaire about the patterns and themes you most wish to address. This preparation ensures your sessions are focused and meaningful from the very first moment.

Before your review session, Kathleen conducts the core assessment work — whether that is calculating and interpreting your Zi Wei Dou Shu chart, running and analysing your bioenergetic scan, or conducting the energetic assessment for your karmic release work. This is where the depth of her expertise is applied — bringing together clinical precision, metaphysical knowledge, and intuitive insight to produce a comprehensive picture of your unique situation.

Your private review session is where everything comes together. Kathleen walks you through your findings in depth — not as a recitation of data, but as a living conversation about your life, your patterns, and your path forward. You are encouraged to ask questions, share what resonates, and explore what surprises you. For Karmic Release clients, this session includes the active release and integration work. Sessions are available in person or via video call.

Following your session, you receive your comprehensive written report — a permanent record of your findings, insights, and guidance that you can return to again and again. Signature Program clients receive the Master Integration Report, which synthesises all three pillars into a single, coherent document. All reports are delivered digitally in a beautifully formatted PDF.

Kathleen provides personalised integration guidance as part of every service, and follow-up support is available for clients who wish to continue the work.
