For more than three decades, I dedicated my life to helping people heal.
As a Registered Nurse with over 32 years of clinical and healthcare leadership experience, I learned that true wellness is about far more than treating symptoms. Throughout my career, I witnessed countless individuals who continued to struggle despite receiving excellent medical care. Many were searching for answers that traditional healthcare alone could not provide.
That realization led me on a deeply personal journey of exploration.
I began studying bioenergetic wellness, Purple Astrology (Zi Wei Dou Shu), emotional patterning, energetic imprints, and karmic and ancestral influences — not to replace conventional medicine, but to complement it by offering a broader perspective on health, life purpose, and personal growth.
Today, I bring together the analytical thinking of a nurse with the insight of ancient wisdom to help clients better understand themselves on three interconnected levels.

I founded Holistic Energy Alignment because I believe every person has a unique story.
Sometimes that story is written in the energetic blueprint you were born with. Sometimes it is reflected in the wellness patterns your body is expressing today. Sometimes it is found in emotional experiences, family patterns, or spiritual lessons that continue to repeat until they are understood.
When these pieces are viewed together, they often create a level of clarity that isn't possible when looking at only one aspect of life.
My goal is to help you connect those pieces in a way that feels understandable, empowering, and deeply personal.
